The apartment is located in Schöneberg, a central area close to the Kudamm, Berlin`s famous shopping and lounging mile. You live between city-west and city-east, ideally located between Kudamm and Potsdamer Platz and close to Tiergarten, Berlin`s largest city park, which is supposed to be one of the most beautiful parks in Europe.
The “Bayerisches Viertel“ (former government quarter of West Berlin) belongs with it‘s lovely traditional buildings to the preferential locations of the city.
The popular Kurfürstendamm with its countless cafés, boutiques, shops, and restaurants is just a few minutes away. Or you can stroll from the Bayerisches Viertel to the “Department Store of the West“ (KaDeWe), the largest department store on the European mainland.
Numerous shopping opportunities are close by. The lively cultural-, scenic- and night life is directly infront of the door. Enjoy a typical mixture of antique shops, cafe`s and a multitude of restaurants, art shops, galleries and small businesses. A beautiful farmer's market is just around the corner. It is said to be the largest and one of the most interesting markets in Berlin.

Bayerischer Platz station (subway lines U4 and U7) and numerous bus lines are nearby. By car it‘s just a few minutes to the city motorway (“Berliner Stadtring“). Free public parking is available in the neighborhood.
