monthly rentals on request
- advance payment: 30% of total price at booking (max. 150 euro)
- final payment: on arrival in cash, no credit cards accepted
- 100 euro deposit is required on arrival (reimbursed upon departure)
- no commission: directly by owners!
- children under the age of 2 years are free of charge (in bed of parents)
- crib (up to 2 years old) incl. linen, by request: 40.00 Euro (one-time fee)
regular customers receive a 10% discount.
regular arrival: from 14 to 18 hours
regular departure: from 08 to 11 hours
other times: on appointment
on arrival/departure from 23 to 6 hours: fee of 20 euros (not if staying 7 nights or longer)
